岗位职责

• 负责基于Unreal Engine 5（UE5）引擎的游戏客户端功能开发与维护；

• 实现和优化客户端各类核心功能，保障高性能和稳定性，为玩家呈现流畅的游戏体验；

• 参与客户端功能模块的技术实现与维护，推动功能高质量落地；

• 与策划、美术及服务器等多团队协作，确保功能需求精准实现和体验优化；

• 针对新需求和玩家反馈，持续进行性能分析、问题定位与优化迭代；

• 跟踪引擎和行业新技术，将高效工具、流程和最佳实践应用到项目中。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏客户端开发经验，有较强的C++编程功底；

• 至少1年以上Unreal Engine 5（UE5）项目开发经验或 2年以上Unity项目开发经验，熟悉引擎开发流程；

• 能够独立负责细分功能模块的开发、优化与维护；

• 具备良好的性能优化能力，能够定位并解决客户端的性能问题与兼容性问题；

• 能与策划、美术、服务端等岗位高效沟通协作，共同推动需求开发与落地；

• 具备严谨的编码规范与问题分析能力，乐于分享与持续学习新技术。

• 有大型多人在线游戏、沙盒、MOBA或高复杂度项目的UE5客户端开发经验；

• 熟悉UE5渲染、UI、动画、网络同步等相关模块开发；

• 有Unreal Engine工具或插件开发经验；

• 熟悉英雄联盟IP，有国际化、多文化项目经验；
