Our team develops the IONOS Control Panel, which is used by thousands of customers every day to manage their products in the areas of email, domains, web hosting, websites, servers, office, and online marketing.

Tasks

• Continuous development of our customer platform through the targeted use of your strengths in programming complex web applications.

• Working in an interdisciplinary team to implement technical solutions using the latest technologies. You will support this with your pragmatic approach to finding solutions.

• Collaborating with our development team to develop new features and functions and improve existing applications.

• Participating in code reviews and pair programming to ensure the quality and security of our code base.

• Analyzing and fixing bugs and issues in our applications.

Qualifications

You want to develop software and work on web front ends that are used by thousands of customers worldwide every day, and you are eager to continuously improve them for our customers.

• You have extensive experience in software development with JavaScript, Java, and Spring.

• Ideally, you have already worked with a modern framework such as React or Angular and have experience with build tools such as npm, Webpack, or grunt, as well as Maven in the Java backend.

• You have experience in unit testing and ideally also with Selenium tests, and are confident in using git for version control.

• You also have a good technical understanding of common web technologies such as HTML, XML, (S)CSS, and JavaScript.

• You are open and communicative and want to work in an interdisciplinary team of UX designers, developers, and test engineers in an agile environment.

• Ownership is not a foreign concept to you.

• You can communicate easily in English and German.
