What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, multi-asset trading systems and supporting infrastructure

• Build reliable, scalable, and performant software used directly by portfolio managers and traders

• Partner closely with investment professionals to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions

• Improve system stability, scalability, and observability in a production trading environment

What’s required

• 3-8 years of software engineering experience

• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin

• Experience working with real-time or event-driven system

• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary for this role is $175,000 (USD) -$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
