What we look for?

We are looking for an experienced AI Integration Engineer / MLOps profile who will own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities within enterprise platforms. This role focuses on embedding AI (LLMs, RAG) into software delivery toolchains, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability while collaborating closely with AI product and platform teams.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Own the integration and engineering of AI capabilities within the software delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to identify and define AI-driven opportunities.
Design, prototype, and validate LLM and RAG-based solutions to deliver business value.
Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and integrations for AI features across internal platforms (developer workplace, observability, CI/CD environments).
Drive AI-powered automation initiatives to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure traceability, observability, logging, and compliance of AI-enabled systems.
Apply best practices in scalability, security, and maintainability of AI solutions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and reproducibility.

What do we expect from you?

+4 years of experience as Software Engineer, DevOps, or MLOps Engineer with exposure to AI integration.
Hands-on experience integrating ML/GenAI solutions into production environments.
Strong experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and enterprise development environments (CI/CD, observability, developer platforms).
Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI-driven automation use cases is highly valued.
Strong understanding of scalability, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluent English.

Work Location
Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client´s office, Sol area, next to the underground).

Work Schedule

Business hours (40 hours weekly with 1 hour for lunch).
