About the job
• Building, optimizing, and operating CI/CD pipelines and the underlying infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Designing and improving workflows for building, testing, packaging, and releasing FuriosaAI software, including runtime, LLM serving frameworks, and compiler components.
• Supporting NPU-integrated testing and benchmarking while working closely with engineering teams to improve developer productivity, software quality, and release reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Rust, or C/C++) and a strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and code reviews.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional requirement gathering and technical alignment.
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Tekton, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes) and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow and PyTorch) and an understanding of common AI workloads and models.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure, including orchestration frameworks and resource managers.
• Familiarity with both Python and Rust.
• Familiarity with performance profiling, code optimization techniques, and debugging tools tailored for heterogeneous computing environments.
• Prior experience working on compiler toolchains, especially for specialized hardware accelerators (e.g., NPUs, GPUs, and TPUs) or AI/ML-focused architectures.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
