WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a software engineer to join our Business Process Management team within Technology. Using Appian low code platform, you will work collaboratively with our team and end-users to automate workflows and business processes. Specifically, you will:
• Design, develop, and implement Appian-based solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing new Appian features such as low-code data, RPA, AI services, dynamic interfaces, and enhanced integration options. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate AI and RPA technologies to enhance process automation and decision-making capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Appian applications, including process models, rules, interfaces, and reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Appian, AI, and RPA technologies.
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and other project-related information.
• Collaborate with Technology and business teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.

WHAT’S REQUIRED

We are looking for an energetic, analytical, and organized developer who is self-motivated and has passion for improving business processes. Specifically, you should have:
• 2+ years of experience of developing applications in Appian or another business process management system
• Experience with SDLC/application development lifecycle
• Experience integrating business workflow with different technology platforms using native integration components
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
