About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Full Stack – Frontend Focus) to join our Product Engineering team. This role is centred on building high-quality, scalable, and secure customer-facing product experiences that power our external platform workflows.

You will primarily drive frontend architecture and user experience, while collaborating closely on APIs and backend integrations to deliver seamless, performant product features. Strong frontend engineers with solid API understanding are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build modern, responsive, and highly interactive user-facing product features

• Own frontend architecture, performance optimisation, and UI scalability

• Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-tested UI components using modern frontend frameworks

• Collaborate with backend engineers to define and consume scalable RESTful APIs

• Ensure high standards of accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility

• Optimize application performance, load times, and client-side efficiency

• Work closely with Product, Design, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ship polished features

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, frontend testing frameworks, and automation best practices

• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience building external, customer-facing product applications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript

• Deep experience with React (or similar modern frontend frameworks like Next.js, Vue, etc.)

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization

• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows

• Solid understanding of browser rendering, caching strategies, and client-side security

• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL-backed applications (through APIs)

• Strong fundamentals in data structures, performance optimization, and frontend testing
