If you’re ready to do the best work of your life and help reshape how the world lives, we’d love to meet you. 🔑 About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our AI Team to help us develop our inbound sales chatbot, Jarvis. Jarvis is written in Python using the LangChain framework. As of the time of this writing, Jarvis has participated in over half a million sales inquiries, providing helpful assistance to prospective guests browsing our properties on our website or third-party channels such as Apartments.com, Zillow, PropertyFinder, and many more. It is designed to handle guest inquiries across a wide range of topics like pricing and availability, viewing arrangements, and recommending alternative properties. Over the past two years, the project has evolved to its current state through a meticulously data-driven approach to building capabilities. ⚙️ Our Tech Stack You’ll compose prompts, chains and graphs to create an advanced LLM-based agent. Expect to get your hands on: Python, Flask and LangChain LangSmith for observability and evaluation PostgreSQL for persistence We’re always exploring new technologies that help us take our chatbot to the next level.
