Software Engineer, Ad Delivery Platform

We are looking for a driven Software Engineer to join our Ad Delivery Platform team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, designing and scaling the core systems that power our business and serve billions of ads for our clients every day. You won’t just be writing code; you’ll be collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to bridge the gap between complex business needs and elegant technical solutions.

You’ll join a close-knit group of engineers who are genuinely excited about solving high-stakes problems and pushing the boundaries of what our platform can do.

What You Will Do:

• Architect & Build: Play a key role in the design, development, and long-term health of our core ad-serving products, leveraging an API-driven architecture to ensure our systems remain decoupled, scalable, and easy to integrate

• Agentic Orchestration: Develop and scale agentic workflows, enabling our system to autonomously reason through delivery optimizations

• End-to-End Ownership: Ship high-performance, full-stack solutions, taking features from initial concept to production

What You Will Need:

• 2+ years of professional experience in any modern Object-Oriented Programming language

• Passion over Pedigree: You love to build, test, and break things just to make them better. Whether you’re a seasoned dev or early in your career, you have a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship of clean code and the iterative engineering process

• Sharp Troubleshooting: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dismantle and resolve complex system issues

• Team-First Mentality: Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a highly collaborative, ego-free environment

• In Person Collaboration: This role is a hybrid position and we prefer you be able to work 2 days per week in person at either our NYC or Rye Brook, NY offices.

Technical "Bonus Points"

• Backend experience with the Java/Kotlin programming languages through the Spring/Ktor frameworks

• Frontend experience using React

• Database experience with RDBMS (writing DDLs, DMLs, Queries, etc…)

• Familiarity with Agentic Workflows and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardized tool integration

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)

• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g. ECS, SQS, SNS, S3, etc…)

• The base pay range for this position is $85,000-130,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
