Your mission

The Documentation Portal (docs.uipath.com) is a public‑facing knowledge hub that hosts every product guide, installation manual, API reference, release note, and tutorial across the UiPath platform—covering multiple versions, deployment types, and languages.

We are re-architecting the documentation stack end-to-end: adopting a DocOps approach to authoring and delivery and introducing AI-assisted capabilities that change how documentation is created, maintained, and evolved over time.

The transformation also applies to how documentation is consumed. We are improving how customers discover and interact with documentation, using AI to enable more contextual and conversational access alongside traditional browsing.

As a Software Engineer II, you’ll help make documentation production and delivery scalable and increasingly intelligent by engineering the platform that enables this shift.

What you'll do at UiPath

We are looking for talented and driven Software Engineer 2 who excel in creating exceptional user experiences, scalable content management systems, AI Agents and take pride in delivering highly scalable and maintainable solutions. While fullstack expertise is a must, full-stack with Agentic AI Exposure is highly preferred (but not mandatory). What you'll bring to the team

• 3–7 years building backend or full-stack production services.

• Understand system design and team architecture; decompose problems; deliver production-ready code with attention to quality, telemetry, security, performance, and scalability.

• Write automated tests for multi-tier systems, debug cross-service issues, and take deep ownership during incidents.

• Anticipate blockers and costs, communicate tradeoffs clearly, solicit feedback, and mentor peers.

• Familiarity or strong interest in agentic AI, RAG, vector search, and LLM orchestration.

• Dogfood the product, use metrics for decisions, learn fast, and drive results.

• A builder’s mindset: you like creating usable things, fast.

Tech stack (core)
Python, Node.js, Next.js, React, vector search, RAG Agents, Langraph, Jest, Azure, CI/CD, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.

Nice to have
Experience with LangChain/Langraph, OCR/large-document pipelines, or LLM evaluation frameworks.
