The Role and Impact:
As an AI Software Enabling and Optimization Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with Intel ISV - ecosystem software vendors, and the community to help bring Intel's products to life. You will serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert, driving innovative solutions and enabling optimized software experiences across AI PC environments. Your work will directly impact Intel's product adoption and differentiation, fueling the development and integration of AI PC software solutions. By leveraging your expertise, you will help shape future product designs and contribute to Intel's mission of delivering world-class technology that defines the future of computing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers and ecosystem software vendors to develop, integrate, test, tune, debug, optimize, and differentiate software solutions, esp. relative to OpenVINO, Llama.CPP, Ollama, LMStudio, vLLM etc.
- Research, prototype, and develop software leveraging Intel product capabilities.
- Evangelize Intel software tools and technologies to foster adoption and enable product success.
- Lead application pre-enabling, product development, and hardening efforts to support future product launches.
- Deliver collateral and training, including benchmarks that showcase competitive differentiation.
- Identify and drive key workloads into product requirements and landing zones for future designs.
- Collaborate on simulation, projection methods, and tools to improve product capabilities.
- Drive product enhancements that minimize enabling efforts and maximize scale adoption.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a specialized field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development or optimization with a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years with a Master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
- Proficiency in Python programming and high-level software design.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, especially in customer-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience collaborating with customers and ecosystem partners to deliver impactful software solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advocate for Intel's tools and technologies while building trusted relationships.
- A deep understanding of market trends and segment expertise within AI PC
- A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to driving change.
