We are looking for you, located in Vienna with the possibility of hybrid working as a
Software Development Team Lead (m/f/d)
Your tasks are:
• Team Leadership: Lead (disciplinarily and functionally) and mentor several agile teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and agile principles
• Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that teams meet deadlines and quality standards
• Performance Management: Set targets and conduct regular check-ins with all team members
• Agile Practices: Promote and implement agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to optimize team efficiency and project outcomes
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, learning, and innovation within the teams
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products and services adhere to architectural guidelines and meet the highest quality standards
You’ll bring in:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science OR corresponding professional experience, ideally paired with medical knowledge
• Several years of experience in leading agile teams
• Experience in recruitment
• Application of Scrum methodology in international and multi-site environments
• Change management skills in an international environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles
• Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle
• Healthcare Domain knowledge

• Strong leadership personality with excellent communication, motivation, and change management skills

The minimum salary for this position is € 56.000 gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
