• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and consistency.
• Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms and environments, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze and document software defects with clear, detailed descriptions, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements, clarify specifications, and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and report on test execution progress, test coverage metrics, and quality assurance performance indicators.
• Maintain organized test documentation, test data, and test environments to support efficient testing operations.
• Stay current with emerging testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve QA processes.
• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript for test automation script development.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Robot Framework, Playwright,TestNG, JUnit, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of API testing tools and techniques.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and concisely
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
