SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Apprentice Application Developer will contribute to the development of healthcare software products for clients across the UK and International markets.

You will have end to end involvment throughout the software lifecycle and experience software development from concept to deployment at enterprise scale, whilst being supported by our existing development team.

You will be given the chance to develop your current skills as well as keep up to date with the latest technologies in an engaging, comfortable yet hardworking environment.

We believe work life balance is important and take a hybrid approach to office attendance, our developers attend the office two days per week and breakfast is provided on these office days.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of HTML, Javascript and CSS via a portfolio or existing project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development of the Dedalus OneX application suite.• Assist in the development of new features of the OneX application suite.
• Participate in the code-review process and endeavor for error free, re-usable code.
• Clearly document new functionality and support the test team with any questions.

• Develop and maintain OneX knowledge, covering key system concepts, principles and terminology

Development Langauges

• Demonstrate basic understanding of vanilla HTML / CSS / JavaScript.

Must have Competencies

• The candidate must be a self motivated team player and eager to continually develop themselves.
• The candidate must have problem solving skills and a tenacity to always find a solution.

Nice to have Competencies

• Experience of ReactJS / JavaScript (ES5/ES6)
• VSCode experience
• Git version control experience
