Summary:

Working as Manager, Software Engineering at Delinea means being a part of
a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea creates
software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe to solve
critical security problems before they arise.
This role will be directly reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager of the team
and work hybrid in the Mexico City office.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a Delinea Sprint team of software engineers—both the people and
the projects that they work on.

• Work on our Secret Server product, a core component of the Delinea
Platform, and on an on-premises desktop application used by our
Professional Services team.

• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality software projects on time and
within budget.

• Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX,
Dev) to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a
culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

• Roughly half of your time will be contributing to software development
directly at a senior level.

• Use cutting-edge AI tools to assist your efforts to provide value to the team.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or
equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of experience managing and running Agile Sprint team with very
strong technical and personal skills.

• 8+ years of professional experience in .NET/C# software development.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact
with engineers, stakeholders, and senior management.

• Fluent in English.

• Experience with building a .Net web application, adding features that have
to be supported long-term.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, security best practices, and emerging technologies related to core technologies used in the product
