We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer 3 (SDE3) to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. This is a senior-level individual contributor role for a strong backend engineer with deep expertise in Python and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems. As an SDE3, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing core platform services that power business-critical applications. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python
• Lead end-to-end feature development from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring
• Architect high-performance, reliable, and secure distributed systems
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and database efficiency
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues
• Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and automation testing
