Over the last 9 years, Trackier has helped create industry standards in Performance Marketing and Mobile Marketing products and have helped brands grow their website conversions through partners by our suite of products across Performance, eCommerce, Mobile.

Trackier is Customisable Performance Marketing Software used by Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers to manage publisher relations. The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Architecture & Design Leadership

• Leads the architecture and design of complex, large-scale systems and features.
• Makes critical technical decisions impacting multiple services, components, or product lines.

2. Project & Feature Ownership

• Takes end-to-end ownership of major projects from requirement gathering to deployment
• Ensures project outcomes align with company goals and product vision.

3. Mentorship & Team Leadership

• Mentors and coaches SDE-1 and SDE-2 team members.
• Sometimes leads a small squad to drive delivery and ensure best engineering practices.
• Supports team skill development through knowledge sharing and guidance.

4. Code Reviews & Standards

• Maintains and enforces high standards for code quality and technical excellence.

• Defines and promotes coding guidelines, design patterns, and best practices.

5. Technical Vision & Strategy

• Contributes to defining the engineering technical roadmap.

• Evaluates and recommends emerging technologies to enhance product scalability and reliability.

• Works with engineering leadership to drive long-term system stability and innovation.

6. Complex Problem-Solving

• Handles the most challenging technical problems and escalations.
• Designs robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
• Leads R&D efforts for new ideas, frameworks, and approaches.

Technologies We Use

Golang, Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), Python, MongoDB, ClickHouseDB, Redis, Memcache, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), Golang, Python, PHP, Java.
• 5+ years of experience building and delivering software applications.
• Familiarity with major OS environments (Linux, MacOS, Windows).
• Experience with private/public API design and cross-service integrations.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous communication (gRPC, Kafka).
• Deep familiarity with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful services, CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience deploying production applications on AWS/GCP.
