Role Overview:

As a Frontend Engineer at Interview Kickstart, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our web platform.

What will excite us?

• An AI-first approach for solving the problems.

• 2.5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS/NextJS, Redux, and Material UI (MUI)/Tailwind CSS.

• Ability to quickly build pixel-perfect, speed-optimized, and SEO-optimized pages with responsiveness, animations, and web accessibility from given Figma UI designs.

• Hands-on experience with forms, API integrations, Google Analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and error logging/handling.

• Good sense of UI designs (you don’t have to design, but you should have a good sense of which design provided by designers is better).

• Solid UI development portfolio.

• Good debugging and online searching skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Good problem-solving skills. (Ability to solve easy data structures and algorithms problems).

What will you be doing?

• You will be closely working with a team of other experienced developers and doing pretty much everything, from developing large features to fixing on-call bugs.

• You will be building pixel-perfect pages and integrating APIs.

• You will be applying different speed optimization techniques to ensure a very high page load speed.

• You will be closely working with designers and product managers to brainstorm on UI/UX designs and flow optimizations.

• You will be mentoring junior frontend developers.
