Orca services provide a robust infrastructure layer for secure, isolated, and highly-scalable cloud environments, allowing developers and automations to quickly start working with AI agents and other workloads.

We are looking for a talented, dedicated, and creative Full-Stack Software Developer to help us provide Orca as a SaaS/hybrid solution. Our team is deeply involved in every stage of the development life cycle, from designing and discussing ideas to planning, implementing, and maintaining our products. We thrive by bringing together passionate and dedicated developers who leverage a wide range of technologies to tackle challenges effectively and drive our projects forward.

As part of our team, you will:

• Own and deliver product features from initial research and discovery to customer release.

• Collaborate extensively with QA and support teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

• Implement full-stack product features for distributed applications using TypeScript/JavaScript with React, Kotlin/Java on the JVM, PostgreSQL.

• Write reliable multithreading code.

• Dive deeply into modern containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker, VMs, and MicroVMs.

• Directly interact with adjacent teams to understand their issues and use cases across various products.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least three years of Java/Kotlin development experience in commercial projects.

• Has experience working closely with Docker and other virtualization platforms.

• Has experience and a good understanding of writing concurrent code in server applications.

• Can optimize and refactor code, both their own and others'.

• Can explain complex ideas simply.

• Is responsible, independent, and self-disciplined.

• Can work effectively in a distributed and diverse team.

• Has proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Our ideal candidate would have:

• Experience writing AI workflows and agents.

• Experience writing responsive web applications using React.

• Experience writing and supporting Go applications in production.

• Experience with JetBrains products and a desire to improve them.
