Please list 5 mandatory “MUST HAVE” skills and experience for this requirement. Please include skills related to technical as well as domain and non-technical skills and experience as applicable to the position.
1. Candidate must have high level of expertise in OpenText Exstream tool with all the advanced module – multi up, search key, campaigning and message point. Should also have experience in developing complex, scalable, reusable document generation architecture with multi-level review and retrieval processes through Exstream Live engine. Knowledge required on IBM content management and knowledge to configure ICN through Dojo-scripting.
2. Candidate should know IBM content management on Demand administration, load and fetch document. Moreover, should be aware of ’s high yield, high performance spring based architecture and in-depth code to facilitate Direct in fetching document from CMOD storage on demand. Candidate should be aware of connection pooling, object caching and high degree of code de coupling with help of dependency injection. Candidate should have excellent knowledge in Web-service development and administrating IBM web-sphere server.
3. Candidate should be proficient in Spring and should have previous work experience in Spring based batch process development that integrates with Talend / Abinitio / ETL processing engine. Candidate should be able to develop highly scalable, reusable Spring based application which will be optimum in performance. Unix knowledge is must with experience in writing complex shell programming. Candidate should have advance java – struts, spring MVC knowledge along with front end technologies like HTML5, CSS, Twiter Bootstrap, Jquery, BackBone.js along with Ajax knowledge.
4. Candidate should be able to write complex job workflow in J2EE language for Opentext Exstream application. Should be proficient in developing batch application and real time application with JMS queue. Applications to leverage JMS and MQ technology for data acquisition and document distribution to and from Tibco server. Moreover, candidate should be capable of creating complex workflow in CA Autosys as job manager and scheduler. Also, there need to be expertise in creating complex XFA and acroform forms with Adobe Lifecycle and integrate with Exstream’s data acquisition and rendering module.
5. Candidate should have extensive domain experience in banking and financial services with in depth ECM and CCM experience. Should be able to design and architect document composition engine with multi pass, multi-channel output delivery system with Electronic mode of delivery.
Additional Comments:
Candidate should have strong banking domain knowledge especially with trades and treasury services. Candidate must have through analysis in financial data modeling. Candidate should have good communication and inter-personal skill. Candidate should be comfortable working in multi-vendor topology.
