Software Developer Level III

SonSoft Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

• Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements
• Codes, tests, and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software
• Writes programs according to specifications from higher level staff or business analysts
• Develops technical documentation
• Resolves in a timely manner problems that arise with existing production applications to ensure the efficient and proper functioning of application components
• Collaborates with technical staff to learn and understand software problems
• Generates a variety of complex and periodic reports and/or data through database management, data administration and data extraction techniques
• Provides general system users and management with system analysis and feedback
• Influences system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements
• Mentors and coaches less experienced staff
• Maximizes the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing and auditing new software programs
• Analyzes and resolves computer related problems by coordinating with in‐house personnel to diagnose and fix operational difficulty, as well as consulting, advising and training on specialized features and functions
• Follows established configuration/change control processes

Daily Tasks Performed

• Responsible for mobile app development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new
• features
• Build and publish applications in app stores
• Work closely with project team on mobile and in-vehicle testing
• Work on defect bug fixing and maximize application performance

• Must supply live examples; Full development lifecycle experience (e.g. requirements gathering, producing design docs, test plans, code reviews, etc.)
• Experience building iOS apps from scratch utilizing standard SDK techniques (e.g. Activities, Fragments, Intents, Layouts, etc.);
• Experience creating custom UI elements, UI animation techniques and creating a rich, interactive UX on iOs
• Fluency in and a deep knowledge of C, iPhone SDK, Interface Builder,
• Objective-C, CocoaTouch, Apple Notification Gateway and iOS programming
• Experience with JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, XML and interfacing iPhone/iPad applications to server side services through REST
• Strong background in mobile design patterns, web and native mobile apps with iOS, HTML, JavaScript and Cross Platform Mobile Development techniques is a plus; HTML5/CSS/JS

Musts

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or
• equivalent work experience
• Experience with Objective-C and iOS SDK
• Experience developing mobile apps (both HTML5 & Native)
• Good working knowledge in Cocoa Touch
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core
• Animation, CoreGraphics and Core Text

Business Experience:-

• 5 plus years experience with major DBMS
• 5 plus years experience with coding, testing, and design
• 5 plus years experience with software development methodologies
