What to Expect

Location: Valencia, Spain (on-site)
Duration: 6 months
Time Type: Full-Time (40 hours p/w)
Start Date: February 2026

PLEASE NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST BE ENROLLED IN HIGHER EDUCATION DURING THE FULL DURATION OF THIS INTERNSHIP.

You will focus on building the best software products for our Financial and Tax backend applications, including AI projects; in doing so, we aim to provide the best user experience for our employees. You collaborate with various stakeholders and program managers, coordinate the collective product roadmap, and are co-responsible for the technical design and implementation plan.

What You'll Do

Help design the development of cross-functional projects and products for our internal applications.

Assist the team in providing improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards, continuously monitor the new trends and labor requirements to inform current decisions

Help ensure consistency and quality of projects and use a data-driven approach leading to the identification of clear problem statements and the implementation of potential solutions

Support the team by being a point of contact for technical decisions

Handle multiple projects and tasks in parallel

Help guide your stakeholders in defining and delivering clear requirements

What You'll Bring

Level C1 in English (written and spoken), fluent Spanish is a plus

Understanding of the software development lifecycle, software design, testing practices, and software analysis

Knowledge in the latest backend and frontend web stack: .NET core, C#, and Angular or React

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases i.e. MongoDB, MySQL or MSSQL

Experience in Machine Learning is a plus

Some degree of flexibility is desired as international teams operate in different time zones
