We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer IV (Full Stack) with a strong focus on frontend architecture and complex user interfaces, supported by solid backend fundamentals. This role plays a critical part in shaping the structure, scalability, and extensibility of a sophisticated writing and editing platform as it continues to evolve with new features.

You will spend most of your time driving frontend architectural decisions—building systems that are modular, maintainable, and easy to extend—while also contributing to backend API design that cleanly supports frontend needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong product thinking, and enjoys collaborating closely with design and product teams to turn evolving ideas into robust solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead frontend architecture, ensuring scalable, modular, and maintainable systems for complex workflows
• Build high-quality, user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS with a strong focus on UX and performance
• Establish clear architectural patterns that enable long-term extensibility and ease of development
• Design, implement, and integrate APIs that power frontend functionality with clean and reliable contracts
• Ensure an excellent developer experience through clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technical solutions with product vision
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine features in response to evolving requirements
• Mentor team members and elevate engineering standards through thoughtful technical leadership
