OverviewWe are seeking a Software Consultant to support clients in implementing and optimizing software solutions within a fast-paced, low-code development environment. This role requires a strong technical foundation along with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple clients, translating technical concepts into clear business solutions, and helping organizations improve processes through modern software platforms.

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to understand business needs and recommend software solutions

Configure, implement, and support applications within a low-code platform environment

•
Translate technical concepts into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders and business leaders

•
Manage multiple client engagements and maintain strong client relationships

•
Assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support

Collaborate with internal development and product teams to deliver effective solutions

•
Document system requirements, workflows, and implementation details

Qualifications

•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred

Experience working in a technical, software implementation, or consulting role

Strong communication and client-facing skills

•
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

•
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
