Deine Aufgaben

• Du erarbeitest Lösungen zu Herausforderungen, die beim Kunden in den Bereichen Zeiterfassung, Antragsmanagement und Schichtplanung auftreten und implementierst diese in unserem Software-Produkt.

• Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte analysierst und beschreibst Du Kundenanforderungen und Erfordernisse.

• Du planst Änderungen bevorzugt als SQL-Statements oder Klick-Anleitungen, um die reibungslose Implementierung beim Großkunden sicherzustellen.

• Automatisiere durch Scripting, soweit es möglich ist und Zeitersparnisse oder Qualitätsvorteile bringt.

• Vor der Einführung neuer Funktionen kümmerst Du Dich um die Planung, Beschreibung und Durchführung von Testszenarien, um eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität sicherzustellen.

• Du vermittelst Dein Wissen über das Software-Produkt an Kunden sowie die internen Kollegen.
