Software Buyer (SaaS)

Your Tasks:
• Conduct market research to identify potential software and SaaS suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and define requirements.
• Prepare RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and Scoring Matrixes. 
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and meet business objectives.
• Analyze supplier proposals based on price, quality, and service.
• Oversee the lifecycle of software agreements and licenses.
• Track and maintain accurate records of (purchases) and contracts.
• Understanding basic commercial terms of the contract.

You Bring:
• 1-3 years of experience in active negotiations, strong negotiation skills are critical for securing favorable pricing and contract terms.

• A good understanding of software and IT infrastructure is beneficial to properly evaluate products and technical architecture.

• Ability to manage multiple, long-cycle projects simultaneously.

• Analytical skills to conduct market analysis, evaluate proposals, and understand complex software solutions.
