This role will be required to work from our Concord, MA office at least 3 days per week.

In this role you will:

• Work on the Cars product, used by millions of people across the globe

• Become a product expert in your vertical, collaborating with designers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders

• Have end-to-end ownership of the UI, including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues

• Drive technical debt reduction and improve code quality

• Leverage AI coding tools to take your efficiency to the next level

• Strive for high quality solutions for yourself, and the team with mentorship, pull request reviews, and architectural design assistance

Please apply if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math)

• 8+ years developing web applications using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (with a preference for TypeScript)

• 8+ years working with React (or a comparable modern UI framework)

• Experience leveraging AI tools and frameworks to improve day-to-day job functions

• Expertise with end-to-end testing and test-driven development

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to guide teams through architectural transitions

Compensation

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Massachusetts based role is $160,000,00 - 200,000.00, not inclusive of annual bonus and recurring RSU grants.
