The Role
As a Social Producer at OnePay, you will create high-performing, platform-native content that drives engagement and growth to bring campaigns and product stories to life. You will:
• Produce high volume, platform native social content from concept through shoot, edit, and publish with a focus on short form video
• Execute creator style, trend aware content optimized for engagement, retention, and shareability across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Generate and iterate on content ideas quickly based on trends, performance data, and audience feedback
• Collaborate cross functionally with Social, Brand, and Growth teams to support campaigns, product storytelling, and paid creative needs
• Continuously test formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches to improve performance and scale winning content
You Bring
• 5+ years of experience producing social first content in a fast paced, consumer facing environment
• Strong hands on skills in video production, editing, and mobile first content creation tools
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and creator best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Proven ability to create content that drives engagement, retention, and shareability
• Ability to move quickly, iterate, and manage multiple content streams simultaneously
