We are looking for a Social Media Specialist based at our International Headquarters in Schengen, Luxembourg. In this role, you will contribute to our global social media strategy and drive brand engagement across multiple platforms in more than 45 subsidiaries worldwide.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the continuous development and execution of the global social media strategy

Create, publish, and optimize engaging content across key platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Identify and leverage platform trends, creators, and new features to increase reach, engagement, and brand relevance

Manage editorial calendars, content planning, and scheduling across global and local markets

Execute community management by actively engaging with audiences, responding to comments and messages, and fostering brand loyalty

Support and coordinate paid social campaigns, including asset preparation, performance tracking, and optimization

Collaborate with international country teams to ensure content aligns with global brand guidelines while remaining locally relevant

Build structured social media reports (weekly/monthly) with clear performance analysis across all channels

Define, track, and optimize key KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, conversion, follower growth, watch time, and ROI

Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to continuously improve content performance and campaign effectiveness

Analyze content performance (including YouTube video performance, retention, and watch time) to refine storytelling and formats

Support social media coverage at events, company activities, and travel incentives when required

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media (brand, agency, or digital environment)

Strong understanding of major platforms and algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Proven experience in growing social media channels and creating engaging, trend-driven content

Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and deriving insights from performance data

Experience with social media and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Asana, YouTube Analytics)

Solid understanding of content creation, storytelling, and best practices across formats (short-form, long-form, video-first)

Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within international teams

Willingness to participate in company events and occasional business travel
