DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with corporate marketing goals and objectives.
· Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
· Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and customer feedback; ensure timely responses to inquiries and comments.
· Analyze performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and present insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaigns.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
· Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing, and provide guidance to the team.
· Lead the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
· Provide mentorship and support to the social media team, fostering professional development and enhancing team performance.
· Recommend and implement innovative strategies to improve social media presence and expand audience engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Minimum Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
· At least 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
C. Competency
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices, with proven experience in developing successful campaigns.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
· Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
· Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software is highly desirable.
