Mission
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be playing a critical role in shaping, planning, and optimizing content strategies across multiple brands. Beyond execution, you will bring a strong strategic mindset, owning the content ecosystem end-to-end: from ideation and planning to performance analysis and optimization. You will proactively challenge briefs, propose improvements, and ensure that all content aligns with both brand positioning and social-first best practices.
You will also be responsible for coordinating workflows, managing creators, and ensuring excellence in execution, acting as a bridge between strategy, creativity, and production.
Job Functions
• Own and manage content planning and calendars, ensuring consistency and quality across channels.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and align social media strategies.
• Collaborate in the ideation an proposal of innovative content strategies that reflect trends and social-first thinking.
• Monitor and identify social media trends in consumer brands, adapting them for relevant Campaigns.
• Bring a strategic and critical mindset, proactively suggesting improvements and challenging ideas when needed.
• Work on high-profile consumer accounts.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and campaigns deliver results.
• Produce and participate in content creation for social media, including videos and trend-based content.
• Take ownership of campaigns from ideation to execution, maintaining quality and creativity skills
