Mission
As a Social Media Specialist, you will execute social-first content across multiple brands. Your role focuses on developing content schedules and staying ahead of digital trends. This is a hands-on position requiring a mix of organizational skills, creative production, and a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.
Job Functions
• Manage Content Calendars: Oversee the planning and scheduling of content for multiple accounts, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Content Production: Create and edit native content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Trend Adaptation: Identify real-time social media trends and adapt them effectively for luxury and consumer brands.
• Storytelling & Stories: Execute narrative-driven content through Stories and other short-form formats to drive engagement.
• On-Camera Participation: Participate in social media content and videos as required by the creative concept.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing ideas and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
• Luxury Brand Sensitivity: Ensure all creative output meets the high visual and tonal standards required for premium accounts.
• Performance Monitoring: Maintain quality control from ideation to final delivery, ensuring all content is optimized for social platforms.
