The Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and managing content across the organization’s social media channels to strengthen brand awareness and support marketing initiatives. This person will develop on-brand content, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Critical for success is a strong creative instinct, excellent writing abilities, and strong analytical skills.

What it takes:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field and 3+ years of managing social media experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite and Brandwatch.
• Expert knowledge of emerging social media trends and best practices.
• Proven expertise in writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Graphic design or video editing experience. (Desired)
