iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.
Working directly with the Social Media Team in Paris and the Managing Director, you will be in charge of Social Media Reporting and moderation for major brands.
You'll join a social media team comprising 30 persons based in five different countries.
Responsibilities
• Daily review of brands social media pages
• Daily reporting to our Paris Teams concerning on going Social Media activity (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Qualification of comments posted by users
• Reporting to our customers following to specific campaigns.
• Reply and customer management through Facebook official pages.
• 2 years of experience in an international web agency
• 1 year of experience on social media management or moderation
• Strong consistency and attention to details
• Fluent in English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Curious of new technologies and able to work on content production or content management
• Strong time management skills- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic- must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
• Ability to function in a global team environment
• Open to multicultural work environment
