The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content that strengthens the hotel’s brand presence, increases audience engagement, and supports Rooms, F&B, and other marketing objectives. This role works closely with the Marketing, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure consistent storytelling aligned with brand standards.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B industries.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LINE OA.
• Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent platforms.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and content optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of hospitality marketing trends and guest engagement behavior is an advantage.
