Key Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and manage social media accounts.
• Create engaging content to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Oversee the credentialing process, including initial applications, verifications, re-credentialing, and compliance with federal/state/industry standards.
• Maintain accurate credentialing files and serve as liaison with payers, committees, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of social media management experience with proven results.
• 2+ years of credentialing experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in social media tools and credentialing systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
