Social Media Manager | TikTok & Instagram (EDM Focus)

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond just posting content. We are looking for a candidate who understands how to build and grow pages from the ground up, with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow around 5-8 social media pages (primarily TikTok and Instagram) focused on EDM content. (They will likely operate 5-8 pages individually but create content for the entire network, which is approximately 15-20 pages)
• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to viral trends and audience engagement
• Create, edit, and post high-performing short-form video content
• Optimize page setup, bios, and overall positioning for maximum reach and growth
• Identify trends in EDM, DJ culture, and viral audio to drive engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve growth and reach
• Maintain consistency in posting schedules and content quality
• Engage with audiences and help build an active community

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing and growing TikTok and/or Instagram pages
• Strong understanding of Electronic Dance Music and its global audience
• Demonstrated success in creating viral or high-performing content
• Ability to optimize and scale social media pages from early stages
• Skilled in video editing and short-form content creation
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies
• Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience managing multiple pages simultaneously
• Background in music, DJ culture, or entertainment content
• Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools

• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
