Responsibilities

• Design and execute a social media strategy specific to real estate, aligning with current market trends and audience interests.and posting content consistently across social platforms
• Collecting and verifying deal closing information & summarizing transaction details clearly and accurately
• Designing professional graphics for deal announcements with all transaction details
• Maintaining brand consistency and posting schedule across social platforms
• Collaborate closely with real estate professionals to highlight deal closings..
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor social media strategies to innovate our approach.

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and trends.
• Exceptional storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices for real estate.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
