Job Description

We're looking for a creative and strategic German-speaking Social Media Manager to join our team! You’ll be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube — all in German. If you have a passion for content, storytelling, and community building across platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging German-language content for all platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YT)
• Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies
• Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly to increase reach and engagement
• Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and brand voice
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaigns
• Track performance metrics and provide monthly performance reports

Requirements:
• Native or fluent German speaker
• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in German
• Ability to create basic graphics or edit short-form videos is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Previous experience with social media tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)
