It is responsible for building and maintaining the editorial calendar, coordinating the creative and production teams, and managing the day-to-day relationship with the client.
It is the central point that ensures content is delivered on time, with high quality and without friction. It combines strategic editorial vision with hands-on operational execution, ensuring that each piece of content is aligned with the brand’s objectives and active campaigns.
JOB FUNCTIONS
• Build and manage weekly and monthly editorial calendars across all social media platforms.
• Review and approve all content before publication, ensuring alignment in tone, copy, format, and timing.
• Coordinate daily deliverables across designers, content creators, and community managers.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client in all day-to-day operational matters.
• Manage content approval workflows with the client in an organized and efficient way.
• Oversee the execution of Always-On content and seasonal campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate production briefings for shoots, campaigns, and special content pieces.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively propose process improvements.
• Act as the bridge between creative strategy, execution, and UGC/creator content production.
