Job Title: Social Media Manager + Administrative Assistant (EHR Experience Required)
Position type: Part-time
Work hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EDT)
Work days: Monday to Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour depending on experience
Workplace: Remote
Preferred Candidate Location: Philippines
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Manager + Administrative Assistant to support both marketing and patient scheduling operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Social Media Management
• Build on an existing content library (emails + post ideas provided)
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Engage with followers, comments, and messages
• Repurpose raw video content (educational + adjustment videos)
• Cross-post using automation tools
Platforms Managed:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• Google Business Profile
2. Phone Handling & Appointment Scheduling
• Answer inbound calls professionally
• Schedule patient appointments
• Manage follow-ups during busy patient hours
• Handle increased call volume as marketing efforts grow
Note: No sales or outbound calling required (all calls are administrative)
3. EHR Clinical Note Input
• Input clinical notes into an EHR system (from handwritten notes)
• Review notes for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare documentation for provider signature
Additional Responsibilities
• Long-form video editing (Riverside platform preferred)
• Create short-form video clips for social media
• Superbill generation for insurance reimbursement
• General administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Core Skills Required
• Strong social media management and scheduling experience
• Multi-platform expertise (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Experience with Jane EHR or similar EHR systems
• Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
• Video editing and content repurposing (Riverside is a plus)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills

Basic requirements
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
• Must have relevant work experience
• Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
• Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
