As a Social Media Intern at apna.co, you will assist in managing our social media presence and engage with our community across various platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement, contributing to the brand's growth and visibility.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Growing Followers of Social Pages: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Social Media Management: Support the team in scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across various social media channels.
• Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Research & Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Campaign Support: Assist in executing social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations with influencers.
• Performance Tracking: Help track and analyze social media metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness, providing insights for future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Passion for Social Media: A strong interest in social media platforms and trends, with a creative mindset.
• Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and engagingly.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the team.
• AI Tools Proficiency: Ability to use basic AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm ideas and create engaging social media copy that resonates with the audience.
