ABOUT THE ROLE:

TENEX.AI MDR is growing fast and we're looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Social Media & Graphic Design Intern to help us show up brilliantly across every digital channel. You'll own the visual identity of our social presence — translating complex cybersecurity and MDR concepts into content that educates, engages, and converts.

This is a real ownership role. You won't just be scheduling posts — you'll be crafting the look and feel of the brand voice across LinkedIn and beyond, designing assets that make our audience stop scrolling, and building a portfolio of work you'll actually be proud of.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Social Media Management: Own the content calendar, maintain brand voice, monitor engagement, identify trends, and track performance metrics.

• Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design social assets and brand collateral using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma; create short-form videos; develop visual templates; and support broader marketing design needs.

• Campaign & Brand Support: Collaborate on campaign execution, turn updates into visual content, repurpose long-form material, and ensure brand consistency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong visual eye and passion for design, storytelling, and social media.

• Proficiency in Canva, with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma experience being a plus.

• Understanding of LinkedIn B2B content dynamics and best practices.

• Ability to translate complex ideas into clean visuals.

• Organized self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Bonus skills: short-form video editing, motion graphics, or photography.

CAPSTONE PROJECT — RESUME-WORTHY DELIVERABLE

As the crown jewel of your internship, you'll own and present a Social Media Brand Playbook for TENEX.AI — a strategic and visual guide to how our brand shows up across digital channels.

You'll Build:

• A comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn and relevant channels — including audience targeting, posting cadence, and content pillars

• A visual brand kit with updated templates, graphic systems, and style guidelines

• A content series concept (minimum 4–6 posts) that demonstrates storytelling at scale

• A short-form video or motion graphics prototype showing your creative range

• A performance framework — KPIs, measurement approach, and success benchmarks

You'll Present:

• Final playbook and design assets to Marketing leadership

• Strategic rationale behind visual and content decisions

• Recommendations for where to invest creative effort for maximum brand impact
