Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Graphic/Ad Creator Manager to oversee our online presence and drive brand growth across multiple platforms. This role combines social media management with hands-on content creation, including graphic design and advertising materials. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (including LinkedIn and other platforms)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Design high-quality graphics, ad creatives, and promotional materials
• Develop and execute paid and organic social media campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
• Manage and grow LinkedIn presence, including posting, outreach, and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media management and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social posts, and branding work
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience managing LinkedIn pages and campaigns
