We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Content Manager to help introduce QALE to the world—someone who can build excitement around the product, grow our audience online, and translate the platform’s vision into engaging digital content.
This role will play a key part in shaping how the QALE product is introduced, understood, and discussed across digital channels.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage QALE’s social media presence and digital storytelling across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create engaging, product-focused content including:
Social media posts highlighting QALE’s features and design philosophy
Short-form videos and visual explainers showcasing the product experience
Product announcements, feature releases, and platform updates
Educational content around communication, productivity, and modern workflows
Blog posts and website content supporting product campaigns
Brand storytelling that reflects QALE’s clean and thoughtful design approach
Translate QALE’s product vision into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with modern professionals and technology users.
Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with product updates, launches, and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to ensure messaging and visuals remain consistent with Turium’s design and brand principles.
Engage with the community by responding to comments, joining discussions, and helping build a strong early audience around the QALE platform.
Monitor engagement metrics and social media insights to optimise reach, audience growth, and content performance.
Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats that can strengthen QALE’s digital presence.
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content, or product marketing.
Strong understanding of social media strategy and audience engagement.
Experience creating short-form video, visual storytelling, or product-focused content.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a clean, modern tone.
Ability to communicate product ideas simply, clearly, and creatively.
Interest in technology, productivity tools, or modern communication platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a content calendar and multiple campaigns.
Experience working in AI, SaaS, startup environments, or technology-driven companies is highly desirable.
