JOB FUNCTIONS
• Configure and adjust the Sprinklr platform, including the creation of categorization filters for social data collection.
• Perform tagging and categorization of social media comments within the client’s social CRM platform.
• Manage and respond to interactions across social media channels, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement.
• Communicate daily social media activity to the client, identifying relevant insights and opportunities for interaction.
• Support the development of monthly reports by contributing analysis, insights, and learnings derived from day-to-day social activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment with digital strategies.
