MISSION
Support the day-to-day management of social media activity by monitoring interactions, creating relevant engagement opportunities, assisting with platform adjustments in Sprinklr, and helping deliver insights that contribute to brand performance and client communication.
JOB FUNCTIONS
• Perform adjustments on the Sprinklr platform, including the creation of categorization filters for data collection.
• Create proactive interactions with influencers, brands, and trending topics related to the core business.
• Manage interactions across the client’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Communicate daily social media activities to the client, identifying and presenting relevant engagement opportunities.
• Support the development of monthly reports by providing insights and data derived from daily response activities.
