We’re looking for someone who understands Reels virality, creator psychology, and performance-driven content.
Your core responsibility will be to:
• Launch and scale our Reels strategy
• Build and escalate our Creator Program
• Support creative direction across web and campaign assets
This isn’t your typical social media posting role. We’re looking for a partner who can bridge the gap between high-level creative direction and performance-driven results. If you’ve cracked the code on growth and have the case studies to prove it, this is your stage to scale something big.
Key Responsibilities
Reels Strategy & Execution
• Plan and execute high-performing Instagram, Youtube & LinkedIn Reels
• Identify trends early and adapt them to our niche
• Create hooks, scripts, shot breakdowns, and content formats
• Optimize for reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Track performance and iterate based on data
Creator Program Launch & Scale
• Structure and launch CrewBloom’s internal/external Creator Program
• Recruit and onboard creators
• Create content guidelines and virality playbooks
• Develop incentive structures
• Track creator performance and scale what works
Creative Support
• Support website creative direction (headlines, visuals, structure inputs)
• Assist with campaign creatives and content ideas
• Work closely with marketing and design
Requirements:
• Proven experience growing social accounts via Reels
• Clear case studies showing virality (with metrics)
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling & retention
• Ability to think in formats, not just posts
• Performance mindset (not just aesthetic-focused)
• Strong communication and ownership
• Good command over social media and designing tools
Bonus If You:
• Have built or scaled a creator program before
• Understand B2B and service-based businesses
• Can think strategically beyond just content
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
• Internet Connection:
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
• Primary Device:
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.
• A functioning webcam.
• A noise-canceling USB headset.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
• Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
