What you will do

Content Strategy & Execution
• Plan, execute, and optimize daily social media content (threads, videos, posts…).
• Work on vertical campaigns (e.g. AI for Citizens, Finance, Education…).
• Capture and edit short-form content or work with our content agency to create assets.
• Contribute to Mistral’s social media strategy and execute it in EMEA.
• Your work will directly contribute to showcasing our solutions and models, highlighting our iconic use cases, and communicating our corporate news and thought leadership initiatives (e.g our CSR approach).

Community & Influence
• Engage with our customers to co-create engaging content about our successes and contribute to our thought leadership efforts (e.g., customizable AI, open models…).
• Engage with opinion leaders (AI experts, influencers, podcasters…) to create content and expand reach.

Data-Driven mindset
• Track the performance of your work (e.g engagement rates, lead generation…).
• Base your decisions on data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gather key information in a fast-paced environment and ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Align with Research, Engineering, Robotics, GTM and HR teams to amplify their initiatives.
• Work alongside other members of the Communications team and with Product, Marketing and Public Affairs teams to ensure consistency.
• Co-build content frameworks and storytelling approaches for Mistral at global level.

About You

Must-Have Criteria
• 3+ years experience in social media and digital content (B2B tech/AI preferred) with proven business impact.
• Full-funnel mindset: ability to tie social metrics to pipeline.
• AI/tech fluency: simplify complex topics (e.g., LLMs, open-source models) for diverse audiences.
• Storytelling and sharp writing: create high-performing narratives and hooks.
• Experience in managing relationships with influencers (e.g brief, contract, KPIs…).
• Experience in managing a budget.

Nice-to-Have Criteria
• Experience in high-growth tech or agency environments.
