Das wirst Du tun

• Du führst unsere Content-Strategie konsistent über alle Kanäle hinweg fort und findest stetig neue Themen, die einen Mehrwert für unsere Community bieten.
• Du erstellst fortlaufend neue Inhalte (Wort und Bild) und überprüfst Statistiken, um ihren Erfolg zu messen.
• Du managst aktiv und empathisch die Community.
• Du pushst unser organisches Wachstum und arbeitest eng mit dem Rest des Marketingteams zusammen, um fantastische Kampagnen zu entwickeln.

Das bringst Du mit

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Sprachen, Marketing oder Vergleichbares. 
• Erfahrung im Social Media und Content Marketing (idealerweise mit allen gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen)
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Rechtschreibkenntnisse
• Erfahrung im Texten und Erstellen von Blogbeiträgen, Landingpages und Newslettern.
• Ein gutes Gespür für Ästhetik und idealerweise Kompetenzen in der Bild- und Videoerstellung sowie -bearbeitung.
• Erfahrung mit Hubspot, KI und der Vermarktung einer App sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
• Die Fähigkeit, für verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche und Produkte die Perspektive wechseln zu können.
• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Team-Spirit und Lust, unsere Mission voranzubringen.
